Below is a project in which I took a character made by myself (model and all) and drew up thumbnails for an illustration, and used him within it.
I set myself up with a project to make character turnarounds for conceptual art. I made an original character (the first in the order of pictures) and made variants off of that character, as if they were an actual character in a video game such as Apex Legends and Fortnite. Each went through multiple sketches and color studies before settling on the final form. This was meant to not only explore different themes, but different genres and really push each variant to be completely unique.
